To confirm, we'll be postponing this until June. I'd like to stick with using Julian and Heydon's places in Barrie for this. I know this isn't a centralized location for people, but it's a short drive to site to drop the weapons off once they're made, and that's my main concern. If other people want to hold boffer weapon days elsewhere, they're of course more than free to do so .

So with that being said, I do like the idea of holding this the weekend after the event (June 6-7). How do our hosts feel about this?

I'd like to hear from the hosts for the Boffer Weapon Drive. What weekend are we doing this on? Let us know so we can book time off if need be .

*IF* I am still getting my 'every other weekend off', then I should have the weekend of the 6th off and should be able to host then. The only issue with this is I only find out my schedule the week before on the Wednesday.

We'll know by the 27th, then. If Heydon's still okay with doing this, we could just do the one day at his place.

Totally down! I work Saturdays 8-4 so people can come then! People can crash, we can put on tunes and have a few drinks too! Do more the following day too.

Just please keep in mind that our group does have underaged people in it where drinks are concerned. Also, no one who's imbibed should be engaging in boffer combat.

I can grab a few cases of pop and stuff if we are doing that. It will likely be hot out so some light refreshments would be nice!
