We could even work it so that one day is at julians and the other is at mine, make it a full weekend event. I have some room for people to crash if necessary

Got it. Mother's Day is absolutely out.

How do you feel about this being a two-day thing, Julian?

I am only free for the 9th if we are ruling out the 10th, I work the weekend after.

Actually, the weekend after is Victoria Day Weekend.

It looks like there are a tonne of conflicts with this thing in May. Do we want to postpone until June?

I'd prefer we postpone until June, I'm booked solid in May. My June is still fairly open though.

I'll clear the day of this to help you guys get access to the shed when it comes up. :3 I'll keep tabs on this to find the date.

Awesome! Thanks Ben!

I'll get a little more feedback from people before officially deciding to postpone until June, especially from our would-be hosts.

I am good in June for sure. I get every other weekend off and can clear it so people can stay over that weekend to make it a 2 day thing between Heydon's place and mine.

While I cannot host a LOT of people doing boffers, but I know I need to do some props, etc. for Ingrid before the next game. So if people feel like getting together on the 9th in Toronto for a crafting day (boffers or otherwise) we still could! So have the weapon drive in June, but if people are still up for the 9th let me know!

My email is amy.kipping@hotmail.com!

(Note: there is a cap dependent on the projects each person is working on. Hard cap is 5 people over at my place I would guess. I will do largely who RSVPs first, but if there are some close calls, it'll be for newer players who need more help with their costuming and props, or people making props for SR.)

June would work better for me as well, time to plan, etc. I would also like to use it as an opportunity to have more experienced people spread some advice for those of us with slightly less experience in boffer-crafting. I like the sound of doing things in Barrie, as opposed to T-dot, as it's easier to traverse the Barrie area (and it's closer to me :P ) I have some materials but can get more.

Perhaps we could do it in like the first weekend of June so that there is time afterwards for people to apply the ideas and knowledge they gathered at the boffer day to their own weapons and such at home before the event.
